This consultation will consist of you the client, the architect, design-build consultants and structural engineers.  During the consultation they will discuss various aspects of the project with you so that they may evaluate the building and site conditions.  An inspection of the current state of the structure provides necessary insight to White Management Group and will allow them to make proper, educated and professional recommendations on how to best proceed with the construction or reconstruction process.  During this consultation meeting is when the White Management Group would make you aware of potential deficiencies that could increase development cost or cause future risk.

Mr. White’s top notch design team will help you coordinate all the details of your remodel or new construction. White Management Group has experience with a vast assortment of new and reconstruction details and they will help you keep things on track throughout your project.

Gary White and White Management Group, LLC will work together and jointly with you the client to develop a workable plan and agreement that meets the needs of the project.  After all phases of the consultation process are conducted, Mr. White’s team will prepare a conceptual budget to reposition a building or new site development which will be cost effective for you and your goals. 

From this consultation and evaluation process through the planning and development stages, Gary White and White Management Group, LLC will continue work in concert with you the client.
